I contacted ebay and ebay got involved but the seller apparently knows the system and stated he(?) shipped the item and so I closed the case. He(?) apparently did not ship the item and now refuses to respond to my request for shipping information or for a refund. In my opinion: STAY AWAY from the buyer.
