    I have absolutely no problems with the seller; they have major issues with the carrier they use. I was informed on Wed that my shipment was 'out for delivery' but nothing arrived. The same happened on Thurs, Fri, & Sat. Had I not placed a complaint with the carrier on Saturday, this cycle woild have continued into the following week. I still haven't received an explanation from OnTrak regarding my complaint. The order magically and mystically arrived on our front porch, early evening on Sat.
