    I enjoy using it!

    It's very easy to use. It has everything you could need, like the easy scrubber. It gets into corners very well. I also like that fact that you don't have to continually buy disposable cleaning pads or a specific cleaning solution. (That can get pricey) I use some white vinegar in water and my floors come out spotless. Maybe I'm a little OCD, but I wash out the pads each time I clean the floors and they're ready to go for the next time. Super easy to store, too!

    Not enough steam

    I was expecting the mop to provide more steam than it does. It is mainly just very not water. Steam dries so much faster. It takes 10-15 for the floor to try. However, it’s great for a regular mop of the floor vs my scrubber which takes more time.

    Best steamer ever

    This has so many good features. I can wash the mop heads and get replacements. It honestly is ready is 30 seconds. Does a fantastic job with cleaning. The best part for me are the fragrance disc. They make the whole house smell clean. It was one of my pet peeves with other steams, it looked clean, felt clean, but never smelled clean. This does!! Bought one for my Mom and she loves it also.
