Every single stage of dealing with the company was stressful. Didn't mark as recieved for 2 weeks so I couldn't request return. Only responded when I raised a case with eBay. Then, when items have all been returned, have provided a refund of a 1/4 of what I've paid, and that was only after eBay suggested I raised a case. I definitely wouldn't recommend or use again.

What I received was a cheap thread on a plain brown card bobbin with no label! I tried talking to the seller but he was very unhelpful and was rebuffed by him. The postage was expensive for a small lightweight bobbin of thread! The thread frayed terribly and knotted, so I returned it and was refunded by ebay. I Do Not recommend this seller.
