Nothing but the tablet in a bubble wrap sleeve in a large box with some brown crumpled paper on top. It could have been damaged if the box was treated too rough, but it wasn't and it made it through ok!

    Quality device

    This is a quality device I've bounced around from brand to brand but my last several devices have been Samsung devices. Although their devices are pricey they're always top quality devices. If you want to talk quality device and you have some money to spend I'd recommend this.

    Disappointed

    I traded up from a Galaxy S8 plus which I loved.. While the S21 plus is a nice phone it is a disappointment. The biometrics are unacceptable. The in display location of the fingerprint scan is awkward and does not work with a tempered glass screen protector. Even with a thinner protector it is hit or miss. The S8 plus fingerprint scan was easy and reliable. In addition the facial recognition does not work at all. Despite the fact the I've registered my face I get the message face doesn't match. Had I it to do over again I might have stayed with the S8 plus.

    Stopped Recognizing SIM Card

    It was great while it worked. The device stopped recognizing my SIM card after 4 days. I have tried changing the SIM card and it still doesn’t work. The SIM works in my old iPhone and old Samsung A12. I did a factory reset and it did not solve the problem.
