    Arrived over-packed in small box to front door step, naturally it was in perfect condition! Fan has white plug rather than the colour shown: I wanted a white plug anyway. Haven't fitted the fan yet, but it looks a really good match to the one I'm replacing. Price seemed reasonable, especially given it was delivered with the freight tracked. Same brand fan as the one I'm replacing, and that one has lasted for over a decade, so I'm expecting no problems with this one, touch wood. Good trade.
