    Very tasty & healthy vitamin and protein shake!

    I love this brand! It’s delicious, both in the chocolate & vanilla and it’s so healthy for you. In a blender, I mix 2 scoops of this powder with a half glass of milk, 1 raw egg, cut up 1 banana, and add organic vanilla extract, and blend it. Then I add 2 handfuls of ice to the blender and set it to, “Crush,” and it turns into an icy milkshake!! Yummy!!!

    Complete nutrition and Tasty Treat

    The makes a tasty treat if mixed just as suggested. However, make this shake using frozen strawberries (unsweetened) and low fat milk and you have a VERY TASTY and satisfying shake. This is still a low enough caloric drink to support a gradual weight loss or high enough protein to retain or develop muscle mass.

    Good taste, good nutrition value, little less in protein content compared to some other similar products. However, it is a perfect product for people who don't need very high amount of protein (e.g. body builders, athletes, etc.) for their daily diet.
