Little pricey, but works perfectly
Was a little worried when I received it with the Mac Logo on it if it would work with Windows 7. Plugged it in, worked great, but slow. Did an update for the USB 3.0 driver on the Pioneer website and it worked as advertised. Doing a little research there apparently is a Windows version out there that is cheaper, I suggest going that route. Had I known I would have. Excellent product
The unit is well constructed and appears pretty sturdy. I both copied DVD and CD discs and burned them, including double layered DVDs, and I had no problems. Great Drive! Works perfectly so far right out of the box used on a Mac.
Just purchased this burner a couple of weeks ago and it works perfectly on a new 2020 MacBook Pro. I have been able to rip multiple Blu-Ray disks with no errors. I was skeptical at first at the slot loading design of this drive but so far its working perfectly. i purchased it Brand New (unopened Old Stock). Happy I did.
