    I have sent the hearing aids back this morning with a tracking number which was directed from the seller. Overall good experience except they said that they specifically asked if I wanted them programmed, they actually said is there any thing else that you specifically want before I post them also the postage was over $100aud but it cost me only $27. They said a full refund and they said thanks
