      this is a great transmitter replaced my stock Traxxas TQ unit with this and it's really nice. greater range plus I like the adjustments you can adjust your throttle and brake it only uses 4 AA batterys dual rate for the steering is awesome sometimes you don't want a super tight turn for whatever you're doing like me with my monster truck tight turns make it flip. it's a great inexpensive all around radio

      I really like the cover door. It keeps my 5 yr old from changing the settings. And you don't have to open it to get to the power switch. It's in the back.
