    Item as described, no problem there, but the time it took to actually ship it took a week! Purchased on Tuesday Sep. 2 at 9:17 in the morning, took 3 days before Shipping label was created on the 5th., 4 more days passed before post office actually received it. I finally got it on the 15th, 2 weeks from purchase date! Had there been a legitimate reason why it took a week to ship I could understand, but no communication from seller was offered... a little bit of customer service goes a long way!

    The item was listed as new without original box, but when I got the item, there were several key attachments that were missing. I was able to reach an agreement with the seller, but I wouldn’t have purchased the item for the price I did if I had known that it wasn’t a complete set. I’ve since found the same exact complete and boxed set on eBay for significantly less money. Seller did not respond to inquiries through messages after purchase, but was helpful when I attempted to return the item.

    Everything that was included in the listed item was fully pictured in listing. Everything included was new. We had no idea that items were missing. Buyer wanted to keep item and not return. Her amount of refund requested was gladly refunded without any return required.
