Good unit, Bad battery!
So far the battery does not last very long at all sometimes even just 1hr, I did get a used system so that maybe the issue, I did have to purchase a new headset to replace as there is no way to just replace the battery on those. hopefully my new earpiece keeps a charge a bit longer. other than that it is a comfortable unit to wear.

Not a long term solution
I have bought these over the past two years for the both of us. One was of good enough quality to last 6 months, but the other five never lasted more than a month or less! They work great for a while then start having multiple issues in reception and delivery. I have bought the top of the line Voyager Legend and have had the same problems with durability and sustained quality.
