    Manuka honey

    Absolutely amazing. Taste great and has many health benefits. I mix 2 teaspoons of Cinnamon in 8oz jar of manuka honey for ulcers ibd and heartburn. No more acid reflux and pain from ulcer. My ibd isnt acting up so I have to say it's a absolutely amazing natural health remedie. Would recommend to everyone. If you buy the 24+ its recommended not to exceed 1 teaspoon at a time because of the potency. Manuca has other uses for acne, gingivitis, colds, upper respiratory sickness, wound and burn care, mixed with cinnamon it lowers cholesterol and boost immune system among other benefits. Not recommended for children under 1 year old.

    I gave a 5 star, if you have never tasted organic Manila honey, the flavor isn't like the maple honey you buy for $2, this is medical grade honey, the flavor is healthy and acquired for those with a softer, sweeter taste bud. I love health foods, so the sweet earthy flavor makes me so happy, sugar and pop tarts burn my throat and irritate my tea. Manuka honey is ideal for me, the perfect level of sweet, with the perfect level of earthy Manuka bee flavor. It's yummy, and they made my week with the speedy delivery. I like having manuka instead of publix or generic because its so healthy and even good for wounds. Hope my review was genuine and descriptive enough to prepare you for your delicious, healthy honey.

    So far I trust Manuka Doctor

    I did my research on Manuka Honey after so many doctors on Dr. Oz Show pointed out all the benefits. I now rely on Manuka Honey for my health reasons. Most cooking I use regular organic local honey. Medicinally, because of the cost, I save the Manuka for: colds, sore throat, toothache, oral-pulling (like Ayurvedic oil/milk-pulling), mixing it in with whatever pulling medium I am using, cuts/scrapes/infections, and there is so much more Manuka can aid in.
