    Very pleasing upgrade to my original thermostat at significant savings.

    Purchased this product at a very substantial discount as a "new- open box" item. It arrived promptly, fully intact. I'm fairly certain that it was indeed new, never used. Not familiar with furnace/thermostat functioning and installation. But with a little research and some outside advice I got it installed relatively easily. So far it has performed exactly as advertised.

    Installed both thermostats today. They are connected to WI-FI and working fine. Prepping the walls from old larger stats was more work than installing the new stats. Follow the directions and it is a snap. Understanding thermostat wiring helps.
