Simply stated - I've used Metamucil and the imitators of Walgreens and Rite Aid. Big difference is that when I put water into the cup to mix with the powder of Walgreens or Rite Aid, they'd "clump" up. I'd have to stir like crazy to get them evenly mixed. Metamucil?
