I contacted the seller, and they replied that they would send the correct color of patches the next day. I received my package just four days later. The seller told me to keep the previous patches.     The mug arrived in an undamaged condition and the packaging inside the box was good. The quality of the mug is good and value for money was good as well. The only downside the appearance of the outside of the box the mug was crushed and had gotten wet at some point but I think this was the courier doing and not the sellers
