    Great supplement

    This supplement has been most noticeable with my hair. My once thin poker straight hair has acquired a wave with a lot of body. My nails grow very fast . I haven"t noticed a great improvement to my skin.. However, I get a lot of compliments on my skin. So maybe it is working better than I thought. My aches and pains are still present. But I am very active and probably overdo strenuous work at times.

    No expiration date on product

    I sent them to my friend in Vietnam she doesn't want to take it because there are no expiration date on any of six bottles I have purchased.i tried to explain but she said that product made in USA should not sell without expiration date printed clearly because it would people think its look like made in China. Finally! She is upset I wasted money.
