    Purchased paper on 8/21- didn’t receive until 9/3. 3 rolls of paper were missing from box. I notified seller of missing rolls. Then seller immediately expressed that it was not possible for items to be missing , it was as I was accused of making this up and I emailed photos of box and 5 rolls in box and asked if package was insured and no more correspondence from seller , I have since emailed again and have heard nothing from seller . Pictures are attached there were only 5 rolls in the box.

I asked specifically if he would combine shipping to save me money and reduced shipping cost. "Yes", he said but "to save him Seller money. He NEVER reduce the Shipping fee despite that he combined both into 1 package. What a Bum!. Never buy from this guy!
