Bought two of these trains. They were set side by side in a larger size box and packed all about with heavy duty crumpled paper. There was no way for the product to shift in transit. Then that box was sealed and put into a larger box for extra safety. I was just blown away. Great communication and honest, trustworthy. End-to-end amazing experience. Highly reccommend. A+++++++++++
