    Great care in making sure everything was protected for shipping, extra padding added, box was intact, shipped quick. Product in the box looks better then another one purchased. Have way more confidence in this product then another I got based on how much care they took in protecting it during shipping, other brand barley had protection and box was damaged.     High quality, part, received in perfect condition. Partial refund was issued due to incorrect fitment. I believe they have acted in good faith. The down side is that I paid for the part, along with high shipping cost, for a part that does not fit. They do not accept returns, so now I have a useless part. Lesson learned: DO NOT buy from any vendor that does not accept returns!
