Instructions include "unpairing", never heard of that before; 2-buttons unpair old, 2-other-buttons pair new; 1sec-works. I HAVE MY MOUSE AGAIN! "Genuine LG MR20GA AKB75855501 Pointer Voice Magic Remote Control for OLED TVs" Restored 100% functionality to my old tv; voice too. A+A+A+A+A+

    All functions of the remote control work...

    All functions of the remote control work except there is no Universal Remote built-in like my original LG CX OLED Remote has. This remote control will not interact with any of my devices even after resetting, my home theater and Apple TV will not get a signal from this even after re-trying setup many different times. Also the buttons for this remote feel horrible, the directional arrows are about 4 times as hard to press and super mushy. Not sure if I got a bad one if this is an original remote.

    Good size, easy to navigate through programming.

    Small form factor, but has everything you need and intuitive in use . Had water damage where the remote was the only casualty.. The replacement came from China, so it took awhile (without it, the tv becomes a big doorstop, no operational buttons on it). But it's original equipment and my LG TV has a great picture, so all is right once more.

    Controler works really good if you buy a real LG unit, otherwise you will get constant reminders that it' is not a real LG controller..You cannot go wrong if you get the real thing...I'm very happy with my purchase..
