If they would have made my mailbox they would have been on time. So I give the USPS a negative rating and this seller a positive rating. I got the coins when the neighbor that actually received them walked them to my home 16 days later.

It's just tooo bad that I had to re-pay and reorder this item after (1) the USPS failed to make delivery of my first order, and (2) eBay HQ did not do the "right thing" and they refused to honor any delivery warranty since I waited for delivery too long before filing a claim with them....
