Unless your client wants 4K, these perform wonders.
A lot of people who sold this out of their workflow are clamoring to buy one back. Yes the lens at the extremes does swirl things but unless you are filming graph paper it’s not an issue. A very solid HD image, adjustable picture profiles. It’s an all in one HD Sony XDCAM. Great battery life. 50mbps in camera to SXS cards looks amazing. Rec709 no probs. Desaturate for seamless for custom grading. editing to Premiere Pro. Don’t need the Sony Browser anymore. These were 7,000.000 new. A nice used one is 2-3000. Sdi in out, time, etc. still viable.
