They were sent packed well and sent priority mail ( price wasn't bad) and actually arrived Monday but USPS claimed they couldn't get in my building but they arrived today instead due to the holiday being Tuesday so I'm very happy with not only the boots but the price and value. I just brushed the suede, wiped the leather, and sanitized the soles etc. Fantastic seller and communication! Attttt
