    Works well, though the left earbud does not retract as smoothly as the right one. Not a reason to return as it does not affect performance. I hope it is not a flaw that will cause deterioration over time.

    Broken. Gross. Waste of time.

    Headset is broken in several areas. Earbud housing is missing a chunk of plastic. Missing screen on one earpiece that prevents dirt from getting into earbud. Headset has nasty crud on earbud housing (hard to see in picture) from previous user's sweat/dirt. Packaging was absolutely disgusting too... looks like they pulled it out of a garbage can! Cheap earbud silicone replacement was below LG standards, were super thin, and another color than factory black. This thing has clearly had a hard life and is on it's last leg! Having to send these busted headphones back!

    Good enough for mom

    Arrived new and as described. My mom really likes this item. She had to replace her old pair and was happy to get some upgrades. Even though it was easy to use for me. It definitely took some getting used to from her. It was worth the price.

    Best neck band headphones

    Love this headphone. I had one before but gave it to the wife. I have tried many types of headphones and these are the best. Sound quality is good and the phone calls are very clear. This was a refurbished item and it looked and performed like a new one.
