The phone looks new, except for scratches on the back in the upper right corner. The battery's health reads 90% capacity. Overall, I'd say the phone is a good value.

I had to go into an ATT store and spend 45 min. with their specialists tinkering with it to get them to make it work. Not sure if that is ATT's fault or a quirk of the phone, so I won't knock off any stars. I have not noticed any other problems with it so far after almost a month of use.
