Description and pics were accurate, laptop is awesome and was a great price for the little bit of damage (I was able to fix it) on the lid. Shipping was fast, item arrived on time and was packaged great. The only reason I didn't give 5 star was because of communication, shipper required signature and I had a question and never received answer. But luckily it all worked out and I had no issues receiving item. 5 star had they answered question.

Despite the shock during transport, the sub seems to work like new.
