    Item was delivered quicker than expected, it was extremely well packaged, and boxed completely sealed as described: a new unboxed item. Unfortunately for me, when I was attaching the blade to the unit, I dropped the unit to the floor, and a piece broke off. Luckily the unit takes charge, and works well, however, I wouldn't be able to use any of the attachments.

    Thank you for the great review! I'm sorry to hear about the accident. It sounds like the small tab on the blade that holds the guide may have broken off. If you still have the piece, you can use crazy glue for plastic to reattach it. If it was discarded, you can purchase a replacement blade (#2111), which includes the tab. If another plastic part broke, it may also be glued back on. I hope this helps—thanks again and best regards, John.
