    I love buying from this seller. the trains fro this store are of good quality. The locomotive was as described and in very good condition. And, the appearance of the product looked brand new! The value was appropriate.

    The box arrived undamaged, but when it was opened, the locomotive had come out of the inner box and was damaged. I track tested it and it ran good, but when I contacted the seller things went south real fast. He DID offer a full refund without my asking. I just wanted him to know it should have been packaged better. He blamed the PO and insulted me stating that I must not know how the PO handles boxes. In further emails his arrogance and insults just got worse. I will not buy him again.

    First thing I did was offer a full refund...Not accepted...he wanted to complain about my packing. This Richard Cranium would complain if hung with a new rope.
