I use mine to power up my home entertainment center as back up for when power goes out. Just to test this. After hooking everything up. I disconnected the power cable to the generator and the tv, cable box, modem stay on. I love the setup of the next gen solar panels. Appears smaller than their older 160 watt solar panels.

Very recommended !!! You only need 2 more panels so a total of 4 and you will be vacuuming- running washer- gas dryer! With 4 panels is the sweet minimum, you will need to buy cables, period your cables and panel placement is more important than the units themselves, so buy cables first and play around how you run them around the yard - 25ft (short)
