I had yet another bad experience with Fed-x. This time they left my package out front on the sidewalk, not on my patio or by my steps, leaning against the front of my home and didn't bother to knock or let me know the package had arrived. You would think they would have learned to not do this since they had to replace a stolen item a few years ago. Anyway, Like the item! Thanks!!!!!

It came in with a torn box and a hole in the tank only after I had filled tank did I find the hole after loosing contents of tank and ruining my carpet. I contacted the seller who determined it was the shipping company at fault. The seller reissued me a new tank and shipped it immediately. New tank came no problems. I recommend this seller as good communication and understanding.
