    The vendor is very difficult to deal with. Refusing to send an item I paid over 100.00 Canadian dollars for. He will not send to my legitimate PO address in Burlington. Tried to be accommodating. Even suggested if there was a way to prepay the duty so he could have the option of sending parcel directly to my office and somehow he thinks he is breaking eBay rules. So now I am out my money and the item I paid for.
