    I honestly don't know how it was described, but it looks new! Nothing is broken, package came 4 days early!!!! and it was in great shape. I was worried about the value, until I realized it came with a protective case... which WAS in the description I just didn't understand. So with what I paid it was really for 2 items.     The Play Arts KAI figure was shipped and arrived on time. The figure itself was indeed what was described on the listing as the box was in brand new condition still being sealed. This was definitely a fair price for such a beautiful piece. I was hoping for a little more packaging in the box as the figure arrived with on minor chip on Sora's spiky hair, but it was minor and didn't break off. Overall am very pleased with this seller and would buy from them again!
