The clock case arrived slightly damaged that was caused by FEDEX at no fault of the seller who packaged the clock extremely well. Seller offered a more than reasonable partial refund to have the clock fixed which I accepted. These clocks are rather expensive and it's always a little concerning when buying on eBay. But, you can trust this seller, entirely. Also provided awesome communication and the clock was as described and shown in the pictures.
