    Product was in great condition and as described. The only thing I was disappointed in was how poorly it was packaged! They placed the plastic bezel face up with only a thin, single layer of bubble wrap without placing a protective piece of cardboard over it. There was a huge amount of packing tape over the entire box and when I went to cut the box open, the blade went right through the tape and bubble wrap scratching the surface! Had they place it bezel side down, this would not have happened!

    Like new part

    Heat/cool selector knob moves smooth as butter. That is what was messed up on my Mama's truck. The fan speed and vent controls where fine. They both had metal shaft, the heat/cool had plastic shaft.

    Not 100% but does what I want.

    Control panel was in very good and complete cosmetic condition. Temperature and selection controls work well, but the air flow/speed selection switch works gives three speeds, not four. However, that is better than the unit I replaced, as it had dropped to 2 speeds, and mostly I replaced the old one because the temperature control had stopped working, so this one did fix that problem.
