More of a tutu than a skirt, as it MUST be worn over another item, the individual pieces are detached and hang aside one another, however the item is neatly sewn and finished nicely each edge is double stitched so it will wear and wash nicely! Can also be worn as a top or short dress, the upper portion is banded thick enough to double as a bandeau/tube top. Great for festivals! Overall A++ to this hand crafted piece! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seller!
