Street Noise is an avant-garde jazz adventure. Having recently moved to NYC, Joe Kaplowitz found himself writing music that reflected the sounds of his new locale. This trio visits funk, fusion, and traditional jazz stylings, highlighting the B-3 to create a musical journey that combines unique sounds with top-notch musicianship - the result is a diverse set of modern jazz. "Street Noise" is eclectic, and at times experimental, yet upbeat. Joe earned a music degree from Youngstown State University in 1995 and has since performed with the likes of Eddie Daniels, James Moody, and David "Fathead" Newman.
