    It arrived package as would a new one. In fact, the product showed no signs that it had ever been used. Once programed by my audiologist for my hearing aids, the Compilot 2 works perfectly. Very satisfied with the deal.

    Unable to sync with aids

    Not yet sure, can't get it to sync with my aids. It looks good, charges ok. Will attempt to get my audiologist to perform the sync. Will let you know in a week or so.
