UV Light is bright, works best in darkened room. Picks up not just "organics" ... found some clear spots other spots on tile left from paint work. Also found places where cats had tossed hair balls ... had cleaned up but residual was visible with light. Using it on home toilet is scary ...

It is lightweight, aluminum and appears to be reasonably durable. It does shine a bright UV light in the dark, but in a reasonably lit room it is hard to see it. So far, it appears to be a reasonably good value.
