    It arrived well packaged and protected, only a few very minor scratches on the gimbal. I would have liked there to be photos of that. In the description it said it would come like from the factory with the accessories, but it only came with the gimbal, without charging cables or any other USB. Two accessories were missing: the base and the quick release, which I had to buy separately. I also would have liked them to mention that those accessories were missing.

    Ridgid is TOP quality product 👍👍

    I've been using Ridgid products for 10yrs. now, can't say ANYTHING negative about the product! 👍 I've tried the "look alike" batteries with disappointing results...save your money!!! The OEM batteries are a bit more expensive but you will come out with a more reliable, long lasting experience in the long run.

    So Far So Good

    I bought it used at a good price so am very happy. Compact and powerful it is perfect for the smaller tools like my compact 3/8" impact. New these are pricey so make sure you'll be able to register it for the life time warranty.
