    Just satisfactory

    The product is okay, I've purchased other brands of the same item from a different seller and it was a little thicker which I liked, this 1:10 to fold up a little bit and not stay in place as much as the other product that I purchased which is similar. But overall I do like it because it gives a cooling and relaxing sensation underneath the eye and helps take down any appearance of puffiness or swelling under the eye. I am still waiting to see results to take away some of the darkness underneath the eye. Again overall it satisfactory

    Poor quality

    Unfortunately the white eye mask pads break apart/ disintegrate immediately when you try to remove them from package, and completely useless. There are 5 white sets. The other pink gold and black are fine and do not have that same issue. So essentially you are getting 15, not 20.

    ALLERGIC REACTION!!!

    So I left these on for about 30 minutes to an hour max. When I took them off I started realizing some redness underneath the eyes. I thought no biggy until the next morning I wake up with swollen undereyes! I'm not sure what's in these masks but if you have sensitive skin or any possible allergies don't buy these.

    Too delicate

    These are different than most of the collagen eye patches I’ve tried. They break so easy while taking out if package. My client yesterday said it was stinging also.
