    Useless

    The filter pretty much blocks more than half of the air , it is not designed for a 16" fan unless you somehow manage to keep the filter around the edges because it will retract and it will leaving a huge gap right in the middle, a few days later of 60% air cut off from the fan, you will have even less since the dust/particles/etc will pile up in a specific way that the few holes the filter has to let that 40% of air go through, will go even lower. Dont waste your time or money, cut a curtain to the size you need, it might be even better than this.
