Placed item on cardboard, then pallet, and then wrapped in plastic. Even added corners at my request, then loaded in truck with forklift. Met Robert in person. Very personable, and easy to talk to. Every tone there are helpful, courteous and respectful.

    I contacted the buyer and we resolved the problem. We both agreed that we will refund his purchase, plus $500.00 for shipping back and forth, and various other adjustments, plus the removal of the negative feedback.

    Unfortunately once in a blue moon you get a customer who is completely unscrupulous, as you can see from all 15000 feedback in our 20 plus years on ebay We have never played games like this. We sent a never used out of box cooktop to him, he complained about it and we said no problem just get it back to us and we will give you a full refund, he sent it back missing all the expensive parts, basically just a shell.We have let ebay know and sent before and after photo's
