GrovTec heavy duty push button release swivel set
These are probably the BEST push button swivel sets that you can buy, they are very well made and are heavy duty to take the abuse of rough wear. They are easy to install and look great once they are on. I really like the convenience of being able to quickly remove the sling and leaving a clean profile outline without anything protruding to catch on something.

These work as designed
Received two inserts with two strap swivels. Installed into a Luth-Ar butt stock with a 1/4 inch allen wrench. They need to stand about half a thread proud or the swivels don't lock in correctly. 90 degrees in or out makes a difference. They work well and also work with all my other QD mounts.
