The seller was great and fast delivery and was packed amazingly. However I made a mistake and bought the wrong drawer. I needed the middle crisper and not the lower one. Unfortunately the item can’t be returned which is my fault and not the seller. I’m keeping it for now in case I ever need the lower drawer.

Impressed is not a strong enough word. This business is about customer service. I ordered the scraper and it came quickly. The blade was broken in half, so I wrote a message to the seller. They responded immediately, no interrogation, no dispute,...and offered to send me a new one, or refund the cost. Money was refunded the next morning. This kind of a customer focused business is difficult to find nowadays, so I salute Value Mart Surplus. GREAT JOB and I will be back to shop.
