Shop carefully; know what you want and what you're getting before you order.
I was used to another brand of microwave oven that lasted me for 18 yrs. It had everything needed to do everything possible in a microwave. When the door opening mechanism broke (after 18 yrs.) I looked on the Internet and found a website that claimed to rate the best microwave brands on the market. The number two brand was Toshiba which I bought here and it was delivered within about a week. The problem with this new Toshiba is that the operational steps are more numerous and less simple than my other brand. However, I'm pretty good at reading instructions and soon I'll be used to the extra steps needed to operate this Toshiba Microwave. It's a good machine, just not as simple to use as my other one was. this product came busted to pieces and they said I bought it as replacement parts , I must have over looked the part that i was been sold for replacement parts as If you are not going to stand by it I have to purchase another . I am very dissatisfied bad deal.
