The seller clearly cares about providing a high-quality, clean product and good service. The bread maker was clean and works perfectly. It also arrived very quickly. The shipping material was filled with several kinds of cheap Styrofoam and other excess packaging that kept the item safe but made a huge mess; the seller said they would work on that in the future. Overall, packaging excepted, the product and service were solid.
