Glass beer stein received is exactly as pictured and described -- ARRIVED SAFE & SOUND WITHOUT ANY ISSUES - shipping box used was generously sized; packed with newspaper (stuffed into the stein), bubble wrap (around the stein) and then egg cartons around the bubble wrap !!! - safe to say someone wanted to make DANG sure stein arrived undamaged - I normally don't take the time to post feedback, but in this case I HAD to make an exception - VERY pleased & happy with transaction start to finish
