The item in question was improperly packed and had no anti-static packaging but was instead sent in a standard bubble wrap bag rather than an anti-static bag. Likely the reason it failed to respond when installed and powered up. All anti-static precautions were utilized.

    Very good card, but could have better software support.

    The card itself is very good and one of the best low-profile cards you can get for a small power supply (like a 250W Dell). However on the software side (drivers, Catalyst, etc) MSI does not provide very good support for it. Most other companies (XFX, EVGA, PowerColor) would have tried to provide up to date drivers and Catalyst versions (if their cards required its own from the company website) or would have told you that the ones from AMD would suffice (been running my card for a day on AMD drivers and no problems so far). MSI's online update program and downoadable update programs failed to provide updates for this card on my Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (even though the downloadable one claims to support 7).
