There is nothing negative about this mixer. I have always wanted one, but I felt that I could not justify buying it while there were so many other mixers that are less expensive. Well, all of the other mixers over the years have stopped working or were useless for the job required of them. All of that money over the years would have purchased a well made, long lasting KitchenAid and I would have been a happier cook/baker. Thanks KitchenAid for the quality of this product.

I purchased this mixer for my friend who has handicapped hands and she loves it. She is making pie crusts, cookie mixes and all kinds of things. She cannot believe how quiet it is.
